This one is weird, I didn't fix it in any way or mess with it. I just took the picture and it came out like this. It's so awesome becuase the leaves are the only thing that showed up!


10:31 meeting this Saturday! I'm so excited, I love going to those meetings. Oh, and we're getting our Christmas tree this Saturday! Its gonna be big...

Random Thoughts

Its getting colder... darn. This morning when we woke up it was really foggy outside. My brother looked out and said, "oh! God put up the foggy this morning!".
Today I'm starting a new schedule for school, hopefully it'll work. Instead of doing every subject every day I'll be doing 1 or 2 subjects a day and just working on those all day. I got the idea from a friend (thanks kitty!) and I figured it was about time for a change so I'm going to try it. Today is science and math/english homework (which a certain friend tells me I need to work harder at because I have bad grammar and can't spell! ;).

I'm so HAPPY! I had a great day yesterday and today is going so good too. Thank you Jesus!

It's Undeniable

Isn't God amazing? This past week has been hard at some times but overall the best I've had in a while. God is so gracious and merciful... My life has changed in a few ways over this past month. I've realized a few things that I missed before, some things that God has placed in my life to make my joy even more great and some things that were holding me back from my joy. Today I watched Little Women with my sister's lit class, the girls are so much fun! We had a great time and I hope we can do again soon when all the girls aren't too busy taking notes.

We found a stray dog tonight, he followed us home from across our neighborhood. He was the sweetest little guy ever! He was so good. here's a few pictures of him, he and Roxie could have been twins.

Thanksgiving and now its time for Christmas Music!

Well, Thanksgiving was awesome!! We went to my aunt and uncles and then to my grandparents so we got to have 2 Thanksgivings. Then today we did our Christmas shopping, it was a blast!

And Yet Another...

Today was awesome! No school so I sat around and read and listened to music. Then we had four girls over and watched Emma, the Hoover girls and the Palmer girls (love you guys!). It was so much fun! Emma has got to be one of the best chick flicks ever. I can't wait to do that again!
Tomorrow we're leaving for Easton to have Thanksgiving with my dad's side of the family and on Friday we're doing our yearly girls day out shopping trip. This time of year is so great... Saturday is the day I'm photographing that wedding, I can't wait! When I get back I'll definitely post some pictures from it. I'll need the "approval" from all you other professional photographers! Just kidding, well sorta. I do still have a lot to learn.
Well, happy Thanksgiving all you people! I hope God gives you joy and laughter these next few days and of course for forever!

OK... came across this the other day. This is from 1999. Its my brother Josh (the little guy in blue), my sis Ellie (girl in pink), Clara (does she have a missing tooth?) and unfortunately... me. There is a lot of hair in that picture, no?

Happy Little Day

You know those days when you wake and feel so joyful, like nothing can make it a bad day? I love those days and today is one of them! Got school to do and then I'm taking Ellie to starbucks... then tonight I might be going to see a movie or having a bunch of girls over to watch a movie. I'm listening to the Sound of Music soundtrack (I am sixteen going on seventeen!) and Allison Krauss. Oh, for those of you who are wondering, yes I did watch the Sound of Music and yes I liked it.

Ok ya'll, saw Happy Feet tonight with Irina! My opinion: kinda weird, kinda funny. It definitely made fun of humans and made us look bad but there were some funny parts with the penguins. So my recommendation is to see it if you completely ignore the "humans are evil" thing because it certainly offers some laughs!

Today was ok... I'm really tired so school was slow. After school I took my little brothers and sister outside and pulled them in the wagon and then they pulled me! That was really fun. Then we came in and made hot chocolate and played go fish.

Baby Dedications

2 New Things

Ok, this week has been really long! But here are two things that happened... I got my cartilage pierced (which contrary to popular belief, doesn't hurt!) and I dyed my hair. It was supposed to be red but well... there's a picture.


Now I have 6! HAH!

I guess it looks kinda red but if you see it in the light its more, well, purple.

So other than that nothing really exciting happened. Tonight we're watching Emma and doing math homework. Next week I don't have any classes! I'm so excited!!! And Saturday night I think I'm going to the Lutz's to watch a movie with my Senior Class. So yeah, thats about it.

Oh, if you guys have a minute can you pray for my great grandad? He's in the hospital and if something happens my mom will have to go to Indiana. 

Caregroup

Caregroup tonight was pretty cool... we were supposed to be discussing the last 10:31 meeting with our parents but Clara and I had already talked about it with our mom so we just talked about life and giggled and stuff. Yeah... it was fun. I got to take a few pictures with Taylor's camera which were deleted of course. And now I'm listening to Carrie Underwood and getting ready to GO TO SLEEP! :)

Ahh! The confusion

Yesterday was crazy! Church was good... Jerry Bridges spoke and I really liked him! He did an excellent job and I really enjoyed the message. Then when I got home we went to Starbucks with Cat and talked about nothing in particular. When we got home from that I was supposed to start doing some school but instead I had a talk with my mom... my life is getting confusing.
So then I did school.. hung out with Cat and Clara and then ate dinner and did a math test. So part of the day was good, part of it was, well, schoolish (is that a word?), and part of it was emotional (for lack of a better word).
Oh, something I forgot... when I had my meeting with Mr. Somerville to discuss school he said I could definetely go into the Singles Ministry a year early and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be in Josh and Kelley Murphy's caregroup! YES! I've benefitted so much from the 10:31 ministry and I have so many awesome memories from it but really want to move on to the Singles Ministry, from what i've heard it's really cool.
Oh, this week I'm doing my first official photography job. I'm photographing the baby dedications for the Davis's who are dedicated 2 of their kids. Then, later in November, I'm photographing my first wedding! I'm so excited!
Fall is leaving! haha fall is leaving. yeah thats not funny... anyways, I'm listening to Frank Sinatra and Carrie Underwood!

Veteran's Day

Today we went to DC and went to Arlington and a few of the other monuments. It was pretty fun except we were all kinda tired... I took a lot of pictures so heres a few!

Whats Been Happening...

This week has been kinda slow... its been fun to be sure but I'm glad the weekends almost here. My family is going to DC on Saturday for Veteran's day to walk around the memorials and stuff, should be cool. Right now I'm finishing up my english homework, due tomorrow... haha! Oh and I finally started my 12th grade History course, its awesome!!!
